  2. Wow, that sounds wonderful! I'm so excited for Vlad to experience this! I was wondering if you can give us an approximate total amount of money needed per person (to cover food, transportation, entrance fees). That way we can have an idea as to how much to keep for those expenses and how much he can spend for souvenirs :)
    Thank you!

    1. Good news, Daniela: you've already paid for all the transportation and entrance fees. Yay! It's just a question of food. The breakfast in Amboise (two mornings) is a part of our stay (thus it is already paid for). So, he won't have to worry about that. He can opt to get the breakfast at the Paris hotel, too (adding another 8 euros per morning). But there is a little grocery store right next door and the options there are a little better and probably about the same price ... $5-10. There is lunch which he could get at the grocery store and pack with him or find a vendor when we are out. And dinner can range from as cheap as $15 on up. I would estimate $35-50 a day for food. It can go cheaper or more expensive depending on one's choices.

  3. Notice that there is a day missing from the Itinerary — Monday, 8 April. It is a day to go shopping for souvenirs, to go back to a place you wanted to return to, to go to a place we didn't see. It's your last "hoorah" in Paris, open to what you want to do. And by then, Paris will feel very comfortable to you! :)
